🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp gochugaru (Korean red chili flakes)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Toasted sesame seeds

  1. Slice the cucumber thinly and sprinkle salt. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
